Always a first class service and they keep you up to date with your delivery.
In the past the service has been spot on but on this occasion the scheduled delivery was cancelled twice before completion.

Not very happy with this delivery. I ordered 500ltrs of heating oil from them, to be delivered ASAP. The next day I rang again & ordered another 500ltrs to be delivered together (making 1000Ltrs) in total They said it would arrive on 19th Dec. When 19th arrived & went I hadn't seen or heard any delivery. I rang the firm & they assured me that it had been delivered. I checked my tank & half the amount (approx) had been delivered but I had been in all day & saw nothing of the delivery & there was no delivery note & the driver had not made us aware. Two days later there was a second delivery (again we never saw anyone) although there was a delivery note through the letter box this time. My neighbours were not very happy as the tank is close to their bedroom window Awaken at 0600 hrs !
Excellent price and delivery arrived before expected. Will use again.

Good service although our delivery was delayed again.
I bought from Chandler’s based on price. However their customer service remains poor. Attitude on the phone and communication in general. It’s a shame cheapest shouldn’t mean that dealing with customers should suffer. I will use them again based on price only.
First time I'd used this company and was very pleased with the excellent price they quoted for a Standard Delivery. I later received an e-mail saying the delivery date had been brought forward, which was useful to know. The delivery arrived very early in the morning and I didn't realise this until I saw the Delivery Note in the letterbox. Obviously a very careful, quiet and thoughtful driver. I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbours.
